## Metabric case study

Run each script in listed order from the parent directory containing
`scripts`. So for example: `Rscript scripts/metabric_data.R` .

1. `scripts/metabric_data.R`         Assemble and assert the analysis sets
2. `scripts/metabric_glmnet.R`       Fit the four models on shared folds
3. `scripts/metabric_survival.R`     Perform log-rank analysis on overall survival
4. `scripts/metabric_figures.R`      Generate remaining figures
